Product Introduction
High Tension Wires means the base metal of wire is made from copper alloy. Some applications need wires with special characteristics, such as conductivity, mechanical properties, bending proof performance, anti- wearness, temperature coefficient and corrosion resistance. Transmo also make some further process to enhance different performance, such as single or litz wire with extrusion jacket, silk/fibre or Mylar cover, and or with a centre reinforcement core, as well as self –bonding performance. Any special requirement from customer, Transmo can help and support. Transmo is glad to develop new application together with customer.

The tensile strength is 20%-90% higher than copper wire (suitable for high winding process, prevent breakage of wire at pin connection).
Conductivity >77%
The properties of insulation and self –bonding layer is the same as enameled copper wire.
Good solderability, the same as enameled copper wire.

The wire is widely used in high class voice coil(micro speaker), vibration motor, Mic coil, magnetic head coil, mobile phone coil, moving coil.
